Your password is the password you use to sign into your AT&T account.Your passcode is a PIN from 4 to 8 digits long that is used for security and authorization purposes.Your AT&T Prepaid PIN is the PIN you used with your prepaid AT&T account online.If you reset your password, AT&T requires your new password to be between 8 and 24 characters, have at least one uppercase and one lowercase letter, have at least one number, and at least one special character.If you didn't just forget your password, but also your User ID, go to the AT&T password reset page. There you will see an option for recovering your User ID.
