On ******** I bought the biggest **** MCA marine starting battery you offered from Warsaw, IN. The serial * on the battery is JCH***********. I attempted to return the battery on ********. It would no longer take a charge. Walmart put it on their charger for a few hours and verified that the battery was indeed defective. It was then they informed me that the battery was only warranted for * year. When i told the manager that this battery is obviously a lemon at * year * months. I even asked how many batteries come back like this in this short of time frame. He said very few. Again, i reminded him that this should prove i have a lemon and that he should correct it. He said his computer would not let him do anything else. I found it hard to believe that a store manager of the largest retailer could not make this right. *I am not going to go off on some silly rant that will not get me any where. But i do feel that this case should be looked at. And that I should get an exchange at the very least.*Thank you for reading this,**David Calhoun
