Get a replacement but it has been ignored so long I replaced them and now wish to have a refund and a RMA to send back defective unit ... I ordered some headphones on your site and the product was sold and shipped by one of your vendors. I received the order in a reasonable time and was happy. After a few days the charge port became loose inside the headphones and I have now tried to contact the vendor * times without a reply and now I’m contacting you to help resolve this issue. I have replaced them now with another brand but I would like a refund on my order and a RMA to return the broken ones. My order number was,*****************Thank you in advance.
They haven’t answered either of my emails
I have had this account with Walmart for many years with absolutely no problems of any kind.
Tried to talk to customer service for online sales yesterday but system was down for pulling up invoices and order numbers
