Help with my UberEATS issue

Correct an order but I couldn't go back, the screen said the order had been placed. Then I tried ordering again but the restaurant messed up my order. ... I initially tried to order a couple items but I changed my mind before I wanted to finalize the order. I tried to cancel immediately after but I was charged since McDonald's had apparently already started my order. But I cancelled seconds after I ACCIDENTALLY placed this order. *Then I ordered again and selected what I wanted but the order was wrong when it came.
McDonald's constantly messes up orders. McDonald's mistakes will unfortunately reflect on ubereats as well.
Refunding my initial cancel order fee.
I am a new customer and was slightly unfamiliar navigating the app. One more confirmation screen should be prompted prior to placing an order.
