The delivery person did not show up, lied about the delivery, and stole my order. I spoke to them on the phone. I even went to the snack bar, and they confirmed they had issues with this delivery person. I want a refund, and you should deduct the money from their salary. Furthermore, I can provide the prescription; I have foot pain and a broken toe. I shouldn't have to pay for a liar. No, I won't pay; they should refund me.

I did not intend to make a purchase from this store. Although the items were in my cart, I actually placed an order from a different store via the Uber app, not Uber Eats. However, there seems to have been an issue that resulted in the unintended order from this store. Despite my attempts to remove it, I was unsuccessful in canceling the order due to what appears to be a bug in the app. The order was automatically processed without my intention, as I only had items in my cart without the intention to order them.

I mistakenly entered the wrong address for my order, leading the delivery to the incorrect location. Despite multiple attempts to reach out via calls and messages, the driver did not respond, resulting in the cancellation of my order. Unfortunately, I lost £12 in this process. I understand the error was mine initially, but given my efforts to rectify the situation without any response from the driver, I kindly request a refund. Apologies for any inconvenience caused.

I am writing to express my frustration with unauthorized charges from Uber One on my account since June [redacted]. While I typically take responsibility for memberships, I have no recollection of signing up for this service and do not receive any monthly receipts. Additionally, Uber One does not show up as a subscription in my Apple settings, which I find problematic. As a student who enjoys using Uber Eats, I feel deceived by these unexpected monthly deductions. While I acknowledge that this may not be solely Uber Eats' fault, the lack of communication regarding the ongoing membership feels deceitful. Hello, I placed an order on the Uber Eats app. It took a long time to prepare, and the driver took an extremely long time to collect. The driver asked me for my address which I provided, but the delivery time passed, and the driver canceled my order. I was charged for the order but not refunded, and I did not receive the food. When I try to report this, it does not show in my past orders on the app. I would appreciate it if you could resolve this issue soon. I am frustrated because of the poor customer care from Uber Eats. I had a 50% off promo code that I was saving to treat my family to our favorite restaurant. Unfortunately, when I tried to use it today, I discovered that the offer is now only valid at select restaurants. I am very disappointed with this sudden change by Uber Eats. I hope they revert back to the original terms soon as I find this to be unfair.

I need help with a refund issue on Uber Eats. I had two orders scheduled but cancelled both. One order from Sweets Barkingside on October 18th has not been refunded, even though I cancelled it on October 21st. Another order I cancelled at the same time was refunded quickly. It's been 8 days since the cancellation, and I am still waiting for the refund from the Sweets Barkingside order. There have been no extra charges to my bank account, but I would appreciate getting the refund for the cancelled order promptly.

This is my first order using my new Uber Eats account. I ordered delivery from McDonald's and applied a valid promo code as my order met all the criteria. However, when I tried to complete the transaction and make the payment, I received an error message stating that the promo code did not apply to my purchase. My hungry child couldn't wait for me to sort out the order any longer. Can you please help me adjust the total and apply the promo code?

I waited for my Uber driver who was supposed to deliver my order. Unfortunately, the driver never contacted me, and I ended up being charged for a delivery I never received. When I reached out to UberEats customer service for a refund, the bot informed me that the driver had supposedly tried to contact me and waited for 7 minutes. However, I never received any communication and was unaware that the driver was outside. The app also did not display the driver's location during that time, which added to my frustration.

I recently received a refund from Uber Eats for an order that was incorrect and missing items. Initially, I got back $6.57, but then noticed it decreased to $0.66. After investigating, I discovered that Uber deducted the tip I had already given to the driver from my refund amount. Despite the unsatisfactory resolution and lack of assistance from online customer support, I still believe that the complete refund of $6.57 should be restored to my account. The current situation with Uber Eats is disappointing as they used to have reliable service. I hope this issue can be resolved promptly.

I placed an Uber Eats order and selected to use $8.73 in Uber Cash, but it didn't apply. I had to wait for my order to arrive to change the payment method to deduct the $8.73. After checking my account, I found that only $25 remains, which is confusing. Upon further review, I noticed I was charged $23.10 and $18.95 on my card for the same order. I have been struggling to reach Uber for assistance, and it has almost been two days with no resolution in sight.

On October 28th, I placed an order which was delivered to the wrong address, [redacted] Fife Street, by BARISO WARITU, not my actual address. Despite providing all details from my receipt, I have been unable to receive a refund of £42.36 as promised by Uber Eats within 10 working days. When attempting to follow up with them, I was informed that I am not eligible for the refund. I simply want my money returned to my account promptly. Thank you for your assistance. On September 28th, my card information was stolen and used for a $[redacted].78 charge on Uber Eats. I have reached out to Uber Eats, and they mentioned that an investigation will be conducted. I am disappointed with Cash App as they have not been willing to refund the amount to me, despite my persistence. I have provided all necessary documentation repeatedly and hope for a resolution soon. If not, I am considering seeking legal advice.

Yesterday evening, I purchased food from McDonald's. Upon arriving home, I discovered the bag wasn't sealed properly. When I unpacked, I found that all my food was cold and had to be repeatedly reheated. The fries and nuggets were not fresh; the fries were soggy. Additionally, my drink appeared to have been tampered with as it was watered down and unappetizing. I spent $24 on this order and would appreciate a full refund.

This customer service experience is unacceptable without the availability of live agents to assist consumers. I will be escalating this issue to the Better Business Bureau. Please remove my name from your merchant update list immediately. My card has been fraudulently used by your service four times in the past month. I have never signed up for or used Uber Eats. Each time I receive a replacement card, your service obtains my new information and makes fraudulent charges.
