My phone has been TURNED OFF , because they are sending me a New Phone!! I was told if my Phone gets Turned Off , I can still call "***" and they will turn it Back On!!! Well i Can't Call""***"" I Tried and it Says No Cellular Service!! I spoke to Catalina on Monday ,She a Manager in the Main Office , Phone Number *-***-***-****! And obviously I can't even Call Her. Please I need My Phone Turned Back On.. Thank you Wayne Medeiros
