I called again on Feb ** **** about me not getting my minutes on my phone which is *** *** ****. On Feb ** **** last night I was finally able to use my phone I went to make a call this morning Feb ** **** and I couldn't. I dialed *** and Iwas asked to purchase a payment package I want to know what happened to my **** free monthly minutes. I have been constantly going through this problem since December of **** and if I can't rely on this company to make or receive calls then this service it's useless to me.*Dianna Warren
