I am very upset!!! I lost the smartphone that I was given via 'safelink and then had to reorder via safelink. I had my older phone turned back on via safelink and transferred via safelink. It was never fully operational and I am so fed up with it I am returning it. I was also recently recertified. Currently I can not *get past the promt to accept my password. Hard reboot and all that tech support have attempted and assisted me with to no avail*Charmane Garland *** Colbert St, Athens, Al ***** recently moved from *** Horton St, Athens, Al******-****, last four of social ****, phone number ***-***-****,*I want my older phone returned back into service W*O loosing my data of information as I was informed I would loose all my data and information.
