I bought a new smartphone. So safelink is reviewing my eligibility for their program. I have run out of minutes. I would like for Safelink to tell me how to buy*add minutes in this case and for them to give me my crucial information, i.e. my account number and pin number, should I decide to switch carriers. *) I need the instructions on how to purchase my new minutes *) I need for my phone to become active long enough for me to have my account * and password or pin so I can complete a port transfer. You should be happy to sell me minutes even if you are not willing to give me my information.
GetHuman1691015 did not yet indicate what SafeLink should do to make this right.
