I was on life line for years. I would like to know what year my lifeline started. I had to apply again because I was in hospital and nursing home for over *** year and didn't make a call. I am being denied now for using the same Medicaid proof as I used years ago when I was approved for lifeline. **Want to know month and year I started lifetime for my own records.**I also need to buy more minutes and Safelink is sending me to a phone* and I don't have minutes to call the phone*. Can you help with this live chat?
