I called to renew and the operator completely screwed with me by making me repeat EVERY answer *-* times. I asked for a supervisor who did the EXACT same thing. Called and spoke to a different supervisor who did the EXACT same thing. *Is it because it's a safe link phone that I can expect this kind of treatment? *The number is ***-***-****. *This is completely unacceptable. *If this isn't addressed I'm calling my congressman. This is no idle threat. I am that angry that every single person has been either that completely incompetent that they can't retain information in the time it takes to hear it or they are just corporately jerks.
GetHuman-mendymor did not yet indicate what SafeLink should do to make this right.
