Help with my SafeLink issue

I still had not been approved * "recertification" even though,I'd already gave'em all de info they said they needed in order * have me RECERTIFIED! So tharfore,I could finally get paid back de full amount of ** "buckarooniez"! In wich,I surely should've gotten that REFUND from'em by now,at least! Considering that it has been like,WAY OVER * DAYZ since they're suppozed that entire amount returned in* my c-account! If I can't actually obtain a refund,then de very least they could do,iz to have my remaing time limit put back on display.PROMPLY!
GetHuman-danlboon did not yet indicate what SafeLink should do to make this right.
