My card was charged for a service I did not subscribe to. Their email response is slow and their refund policy explicitly says you cannot get a refund if you cancel it after it's been used. I have not used postmates in several months, and have not benefitted from the unlimited whatsoever, yet I am still being charged? **I would like postmates to have an available live chat with customer service as well as I would like postmates to refund my money. **Postmates help center does not help!
