On Thanksgiving, I ordered food from IHOP, which was listed as open. The Postmates driver contacted me stating to cancel my order because the restaurant was closed for the holiday. I followed my drivers instructions, never received my food, and was charged for food, not prepared or delivered. I would like Postmates to refund my money for listing a restaurant open when they were not. Not only did they waste the drivers time and gas, they took money for services not rendered.
GetHuman-veranes did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
