I ordered a double order of a ramen dish from Kizuki Ramen, I was charged for two orders, however, one whole meal was missing from order: ramen, extra egg and shrimp. I called Kizuki Ramen as per directed by postmates website support page and the vendor said I need to get a refund from postmates because only one order was submitted to restaurant. I would like a refund. I was charged for something I didn't get and half my party went hungry. Very disappointed.
GetHuman983606 did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
