Ordered from old Chicago, took an hour and a half over the approximate delivery time, the food came very cold and hard. They gave us the wrong dipping sauce when we clearly stated what we wanted over the phone and order. They gave us * Parmasean cheese packet , when I requested extra, for * pizzas..we also got the wrong sausage. We would file this with the restaurant, but we are moving tomorrow and this restaurant is not located where we will be going. I wanted to see if I could get a refund through you guys-postmates. I am a ongoing customer and used you guys yesterday with a different restaurant which we enjoyed very much. Please let me know what to do. Thank you
