I am trying to receive a refund for my order I never received because the driver never entered our building! I am extremely ANGRY with the situation because I cannot be on my phone at all times to make sure my order is delivered to the correct building. I emailed with a different rep and she has yet to respond back to me. I need a refund now or a new order of my food. I will NOT accept the fact I have to pay FULL price for something I NEVER RECEIVED!!! That is ridiculous and aggravating!
