I ordered a single sushi roll ($**) and an order of fried oysters ($*) but my Postmates ordered * rolls, one of which I gave to him because he stated “the Postmates card will cover the overcharge, sorry!” I paid $** because of he accidentally ordered two rolls and I always give a **% tip!! I requested support over ** hours ago and I have heard NOTHING back. I’m extremely mad about this lack of custom support. I want a refund for the two rolls I didn’t pay for, and honestly I would like my tip back as well since it doesn’t correlate with my actual order total... had I know it charged me $** I would have NOT given a **% tip. Please fix this.
GetHuman-wburk did not yet indicate what Postmates.com should do to make this right.
