What You Were Trying to Do: Fly from NYC to Las Vegas on vacation ... The robot keeps saying **You did not yet indicate what JetBlue should do to make this right.**It is clear. Give immediate full refund when flight are cancelled if I request so. How hard is it to understand?
What They Don't Realize: They do realize that the service ***** but they don't seem to care.
How You Want it Resolved: I want full refund including bagagge fees. Besides that I spent an additional $*** going back and forth to the airport. Lost my hotel reservation in Las vegas as well as car reservation. *In total the flight cancellation cost me an additional $*,***. And Jetblue doesn't seem to get its act together. ZERO respect for customer.
Yes. Spent hours on the phone. Next flight available was only ** hours later.
