Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.
The issue in GetHuman-buddoane's own words
Purchased Groupon order *****-******-****** on Nov *th **** for $**.** paid with Visa card. Received notice from Groupon that Zee’s Detailing was closed and I would receive a full refund to credit card.*It is over a month and no refund !!*Contacted Zee’s and was told that they are not closed, however Groupon is not paying them so they have canceled the order. Please confirm that you will refund the payment immediately before I contact credit card company and file claim.*Thank you *Raymond Doane****-***-****
