How long do i have to buy my order in advance beforehand?

The time you have to purchase your Groupon deal can vary. Each deal has a promotion period and an expiration date. The promotion period is the window of time you have to purchase the deal. Once it closes, the deal is no longer available for purchase. The expiration date is the day the deal must be redeemed by. This information is included in the details of each deal. However, it's always a good idea to make a purchase as soon as you can, as certain deals have limited quantity and may sell out.

I need help with a transaction that was not made by me

I purchased a Groupon for a hair & nail salon & the owner refuses to honor the voucher ( it is not expired) she is so nasty at this point I just want a refund & no further dealings with her

I'm sorry to hear about your unpleasant experience. If the Groupon voucher is still within the valid date and the merchant is not honouring it, Groupon does have a refund policy in place. Simply go to 'My Groupons', select the voucher, and then select 'Request a Refund'. Follow the prompts to explain the situation and request your refund. Groupon takes customer satisfaction very seriously, and they will work to resolve this issue for you.

I placed an order that no one can find and it will not let me reorder it.
