What is the Groupon refund policy?

Asked a year ago
The Groupon refund policy allows customers to receive a refund on any eligible voucher within the specified refund period. For Local Deals, customers can request a refund within 3 days of purchase, before the promotional value expiration date. For Groupon Goods, customers have up to 30 days after delivery to seek a refund. In the case of Groupon Getaways, refunds are available within 7 days from the date of purchase, unless stated otherwise in the Fine Print. Additionally, if a merchant goes out of business before the expiration date, customers can apply for a refund. Refunds are typically issued in Groupon Bucks, which can be used for future purchases on the site. However, certain refund conditions may apply, and customers are advised to review the specific terms and conditions on the Groupon website.
