I was trying to find out why FEDEX only delivered * of my small weighted blankets. I am wondering where the other small one and the * large one is? ... I ordered * Weighted blankets on the same day ***** and only received (*) of the smaller ones. Where are the other *? The FedEx man delivered the one, but NOT the other *. I work from home, so I am for the most part here when deliveries come. I've never had a Groupon item not delivered. What do I do? I don't want a refund, I would like the * other blankets I ordered
This was especially frustrating because I have twin Granddaughters and this was their Birthday present coming up on December * ****.
They could make this right by sending my * blankets that didn't get delivered. Not looking for a refund.
I have been a Groupon Member for years. I buy a lot of stuff and I would really like to be able to talk to a person without having to PAY TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE HUMAN!
Was going to call but, That doesn't seem to be an option. What happened to Customer Service with a Human Being?
