I purchased a Mac laptop on November ** ****. It broke last week, I took it to Apple because in my deal it claims it comes with a year warranty from Apple. It being October **th ****. I should still have time under my warranty to get it replaced. I took my laptop to Apple they said my warranty was only for * months. This should be incorrect because in my deal it says I purchased a year warranty. I paid $*** for a computer that didn’t even last a year and my warranty apparently doesn’t exist anymore. I need to know how to contact the company or someone who will help get my laptop fixed or refunded. I would like to talk to someone about this.
