Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I have requested a call back twice and have not recieved a call. I recieved a email that said tech difficulties and then another that said they called, but no call was recieved. * This is poor customer service. *I was also told that my purchase could not be refunded, however, it is very poor customer service to expect me to pay a vendor $*** for a service that will not be provided. Groupon has the discrension to refund my purchase due to my innocent oversight- the above is unreasonable.
GetHuman-nvdd did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
