Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-yeilin will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-yeilin later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

I purchased a groupon from a spa. This spa does not accept groupon till * months of the first going you went. I did not know this so I purchsed it even though I had already gone about two months before. The groupon expires before the * months therefore I am unable to use it. I contacted the business and they stated for me to contact groupon for a refund.
GetHuman-yeilin did not yet indicate what Groupon should do to make this right.
