Groupon doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-crflower will want to follow the link below to head to their help center. We will check on GetHuman-crflower later to make sure it's all set or try to help escalate.
Groupon no longer offers phone support so you will need to contact them online. Sign in to the link about after clicking on "About an order" and then select the option to initiate a return or refund.

You have a Groupon for Sam's Club membership for ** or $** that it was going to expire the end of June and I bought it. And now when I go to my Groupon it says I have none as far as I can tell the money was never put back on my card.
