The issue in GetHuman-bjenki's own words
Nothing. I received an email from Groupon asking me how I would rate FTD florists so I checked and I supposedly used * flower groupons today, which I didn’t. ... Issues with my account. I supposedly used * groupons today for flowers that I didn’t do. I also have a question about a couple older groupons that say “pending”. I am also considering deleting the app because it’s ridiculous that it’s so hard to talk to an actual person about this.
This process of lack of customer service of not being able to talk to a representative on the phone is so frustrating and ridiculous that I am seriously not going to use this app anymore.
I would like an actual customer service person to call me at ***-***-**** anytime after *:** pm pacific standard time on a weekday and anytime on the week ends.
I have bought a lot of stuff on this app.
I tried there customer support app and notice they don’t list a way to contact them by phone or email.
