I ordered a service from Groupon. I received email from company to schedule my service and did for ****** and received an email on ****** from The Slim Co confirming my appointment. My voucher was redeemed when I made appointment. I received an email from The Slim Co on ****** cancelling my appointment. I tried to reschedule service and was told, “we don’t take Groupons” and to call Groupon to get my money back. I’ve tried to send * emails to Groupon and received * emails back from “Gethuman” asking if my issue has been resolved. I said no * times and have not heard from anyone since. Emails were mailed ******, ******, and ******.
