I have paid £** for a Groupon voucher which is valued at £** to enter Euro Millions. The voucher expires by **.*.**. ... As instructed on the voucher I went on to the named website and entered my Groupon code into the coupon code field at which time a new page came up asking me to sign in or sign up. This I did
Every time I tried to complete the form it indicated my password was wrong and also I had put the number of my address in the incorrect place, which was untrue. I then spent ages on a Groupon online chat site. At the end of this chat the operator was unable to help me and gave me a Groupon contact number to phone. She said the line was open from *am to midnight. I phoned a few minutes ago. She had given me the wrong number* it was a gambling help line.
As you can imagine, I as anybody else would be am totally fed up with the whole thing. Unless a solution can be sorted this evening, then I would request my £** back. I obviously would have liked to continue with this offer, but feel I am getting nowhere fast!!!
