I made an appointment for **-** because I had no TV service. The appt. was made yesterday. A young man came at *:**. I had no service for * days. I am **. The young man completed his work and the tv was fine. At some point, ** min., I shut the tv off and laid down. I am diabetic and have kidney disease. About ***:**, I turned the tv on and there was NO signal! I was on the phone with Cox for over and hour. Nothing they could do. Everyone was busy. Another day without TV. That's a long day for me. A new time was set for Thursday. SURELY someone would have been willing to help me. I have been a customer for ** years! Another quiet day...
