Find the Cox menu on the homepage. It's represented by three blue horizontal lines in the upper-left corner of the website.
Click on the three stacked horizontal lines in the upper-left corner of the Cox homepage. Doing this will expand the menu.
Find the "Support" line on the Cox menu. It's between "TV & Home" and "Contact Us" and has a right-pointing arrow to its right.
Click on the right-pointing arrow to the right of "Support," which will take you to the sub-menu.
Locate the additional "Support" line within the sub-menu. It's between "Account Management" and "Resources & Guides" and has a right-pointing arrow to its right.
Tap on the right-pointing arrow to the right of "Support." Doing this will take you to another sub-menu.
Since you want to learn if there's a Cox service outage, look for the line on the menu that says "Check for Outages."
Click on the "Check for Outages" link that's between "Reset My Equipment" and "Get Support." This will take you to the outage page that says "Cox Outage Information Is Cox down right now?" at the top of the page.

Find the address line on the service outage page. It says "Street Address" and has a blue-and-white right-pointing arrow to its right.
