I got an email saying a payment was overdue, but when I go to my account there is no statement. It says, "There are no statements available for this account. If you are a new Cox customer, you can view your current statement at the end of the first billing cycle. " I tried on different browsers, cleared the cache, and on the app it says, "Total Amount Due $*.** by Aug **, ****" . I don't know how to make a payment.
