I received a bill today for two months, indicating I was delinquent in my payments. I received a bill by mail on December *th and paid it by mail on ********. My bill comes in the mail almost two weeks after I receive e-mail notification. I want to confirm that my check has been received and also want to know why I was billed early for the billing period *****-*****, since my last previous bill was not received until *****.
