I requested several times to change my account and bill amount due to over charges for internet and cable it looks like they have some type of reduced prices for new customers. I told them it is a financial hardship to pay the amount they charged so they never removed and now say I ow them *** dollars which is incorrect they service has not been in use because they removed it but still sending billing charging me for a service that does not exist. They also advised me if I cancel for ** days to come back to take advantage of new customer prices which sound so unethical and horrible for consumers
