We have had no tv, internet or phone service since storms came through our area Thursday evening. We have heard nothing from Charter besides one email sent this morning telling us that there's an outage, which we were already aware of. There has been no attempt from Charter to let us know what is going on. I understand there is a lot to fix but as a longstanding customer, it is extremely frustrating to not hear anything at all about the situation, or when we might expect service to be restored. I know that you can do better by your customers who are paying a lot of money for your service. So why has there been no word at all? Is it going to be hours or days or weeks? Any information.
