I am experiencing a slow internet speed for my account This afternoon the incoming speed was **.* mbps and the ouotgoing speed was *.* mbps. This speed is not satisfactory. I understand that customer support will increase the speed significantly for existing customers without additional cost. I have changed my computer connection to ethernet so it can be tested form your end. I have a new television which needs an ultra high speed connetion to the internet. my charter phone number is ***-***-****.
