The issue in GetHuman-bayoubob's own words
Confirmation * **********. I booked two rooms at the Days Inn, Opeloussa, LA for one night June **th. We had to cancel, so I called the hotel at *:** PM on the **th to cancel the reservation. I spoke to the front desk person, Francesca and she cancelled the reservation for me. My credit card was charged $**.** on the **th, (for one room). I spoke with Francesca today *:** PM CST, she remembers the phone call and verified that both rooms were cancelled by her. Please refund that amount. Thanks, Robert Johnson
