You will be prompted to input your email and reset a new password. Once you regain access to your account, you can cancel your booking by going to 'My Bookings', select the bookings you want to cancel and follow the prompts. Each hotel has its own cancellation policy which is stated on the booking details page, so any refund depends on these terms. Please review your individual reservation cancellation policy prior to cancelling your booking.
