Made a booking with Booking.Com at the Cavendish Hotel, Paid in full. Hotel rang to say there had been a mistake and no room was available. Booking canceled. Email says that because I paid in full no refund would be paid. As this is not my fault and the booking should not have been made I request that a refund is given.
GetHuman3561109 did not yet indicate what Booking.com should do to make this right.
