Hello*I have had a bad experience with my last booking. It appears that the hotel staff have used my personal phone in access my booking.com account and send a cancellation request to you, presumably to avoid some fees. Obviously this is totally unacceptable and unprofessional behaviour from the hotel, I would suggest these kinds of business should not be operating on your service. After I realized what had happened I was not comfortable providing them with my credit card details, as they are clearly untrustworthy, and after an argument with their staff I left without paying. Please can you put me in contact with the appropriate person to continue this complaint with. *Regards*Kieran Barker
