I made a reservation, confirmation ***********, PIN ****.*I made an error in making the reservation. I intended to reserve only one room* in error, I mistakenly reserved two rooms. One is apparently non-refundable, the other is refundable. When I tried to cancel, I cancelled the non-refundable room...yet another mistake! At this point, I only want one room, and I don't want to be charged for cancelling the other room. How do I go about correcting this problem? This is very distressing!
