Dear Sir,**I am contacting you for a *th time this week regarding a reservation i made by mistake but still i have not received an answer from you. I am shocked that a company as big and well know an yours has ignored * emails regarding the same subject.**I made this booking but as soon as i did i realized it was not cancellation free. You told me to contact the property directly regarding this and I did. They accepted to cancel my booking without any charge and told me to inform you.**So im informing you for a *th time hoping that i will get an answer.**Regards,**Annita Papamichael
