I cancelled a reservation in April *****My reservation was for May ****. The advertisement said no deposit, free cancelation as long as it is * days before the date of reservation.*There is a current charge of ***.**dls. I have written many e-mails, and I keep getting the same responses on re sending the same information all over again. Things like, copy of bank statement, merchant name , date of charge, last four of card, cardholders name...its annoying. Makes me feel booking.com is hesitating to refund my account. Also why does merchant name on the bank statement say Hotels.com? who is Hotels.com? why do they have my credit card information????? This sounds like a scam.
