I called in on Tues to cancel the * mo HD promo on the TV. When I just opened your email this eve, it appears all my services may have been mistakenly cancelled . *My acct * is *********. My phone was acting up but when she verified the promo by name I thought she was cancelling he promo only as I had asked.* If this mistake occurred, it needs to be corrected immediately! i am already set up for auto pay. Please text or call back at***********.
