I have been trying to set up an ATT account for TV, Internet and phone. I have spent over * hours trying to do this, and each time I have reached a dead end. I have tried to speak to a manager, but only got another phone operator. I feel my complaint is important enough for me and ATT that I should be able speak to someone in charge, rather than a telephone operator who just asks me questions. My name I Daniel Pincu, phone ***-***-****. Please have a manager call me back. I will keep trying until I get someone who is able to understand and solve my problems.
