Check Your Upgrade Eligibility
- Go to https://login.verizonwireless.com/
- Sign in to your account with your mobile number and user ID and password. Click on ‘Sign In.'
- Go to ‘My Devices.'
- If your device is labeled ‘Upgrade eligible,' you can upgrade that device at any time.
