Choose Wireless Under Type of Service

Select the Type of Issue You'd Like Assistance With

The options include payment issues, active account billing issues, or payment issues. Choose the right service.

If your issue isn't on the list, please contact AT&T Customer Support.

Provide More Information to AT&T

Please fill out the entire form and ensure that you provide AT&T with more details to help them give you a better resolution. Include an explanation of the issue or upload a file (if applicable).

You will need to also include an invoice number if it's for a business account.
