“I couldn't get any help from the first person I spoke with and she wasn't helpful at all.. I think she was new (at being a decent person) when I called back... I did get a lot of help. B of A is like a box of cheap chocolates, you never know what your gonna get...all you know is that it's not gonna be good, but you try them anyway... and because you need chocolate (service)And sometimes it's not that bad.Good luck...”
