Good evening,*I am wondering if someone can please read, review, investigate and respond to the following:********* – Bought Pillow Cases and Sheets.******** to ****** – Items were due to be delivered.******* – Contacted seller to explain nothing had arrived.******* – Seller asked we wait ** hours so they can make inquiries with Hermes couriers.******* – Contacted seller to explain that we had still not received the items.******* – Parcel containing Pillow Cases only arrives. I open parcel and use contents.******** – Seller tells me parcel was delivered on ******.******** – I inform seller that only Pillow Cases were delivered, no Sheets.******** – Seller suggests I open a case with ebay to resolve problem.******** – I open a case with ebay, as suggested by the seller and informed seller of my disappointment.******** – Seller sends me tracking details for parcel I received on ******.******** – I repeat to seller that only Pillow Cases were received and no Sheets.******** – I request for someone other that Cameron respond to my questions i.e. a Manager.******** – Seller states that all items were in the package delivered on ******.******** – I repeat that only Pillow Cases were delivered and ask if they are accusing me of lying?******** - Seller states that all items were in the package delivered on ******.******** – I say that seller just keeps sending me the exact same message all the time and again request answers to my questions.******** - Seller states that all items were in the package delivered on ******.******** – I ask seller to respond to my questions.******** - Seller states that all items were in the package delivered on ******.******** – I explain the Sheets were not in the package and that I would like a refund or I will leave to ebay to resolve.******** – I request answers to my questions.******** - Seller states that all items were in the package delivered on ******.******** – I state that the seller keeps ignoring me and that the Sheets were not in the package delivered.******** – I ask ebay to step in and explained everything that has happened to this date.******** – ebay message to explain the case has been closed as ‘resolved’ !?!?!******** – ebay message to explain that I will not receive a refund.******** – ebay sned message to say they have opened a return request case and that the seller will advise me what to do next?!?******** – I send message stating that I do not understand what is happening. I give all the details of all the events to date again.******** – ebay send another message that does not make sense. Stating that they understand the item has been received with parts missing. That ebay are there to assist and I need to wait another * days (is this a new case) to hear from seller. That I might receive a partial or full refund and in * days time ebay can step in to resolve the issue. WHICH HAS BEEN GOING ON FOR ** DAYS.******** – ebay informs me that the seller has approved the return request and will be sending me a postage label to print off and use. WHAT AM I SUPPOSE TO POST? THE PILLOW CASES WHICH I HAVE USED OR THE SHEETS WHICH I HAVE NEVER RECEIVED?******** – I appeal the decision and try to complain about how my case has been managed.******** – I receive the following messages from ebay.*After reviewing this case, we decided to keep the original outcome. We weren't able to grant your appeal because we determined the original decision was correct.*You won't receive a refund for this case.**And**Hello Stephen, * *Case ID: ***********Seller ID: bargain*world***** *Thank you for contacting eBay Customer Service in relation to the open “item not received” case for the item "************". My name is Rajnish and I can see that although you’ve received the item, you have received pillow cases but no sheets. * *In order to help you get a satisfactory resolution from the Seller, I’ve closed the “item not received” case and opened a Return request instead (Return ID :**********) * *Here’s what happens next: * *The seller will have until ** September to provide you with a resolution. *They might offer you a partial refund and allow you to keep the item *They could offer to send you a replacement item (you would return the original item) *Or allow you to return the item in exchange for a full refund * *If after these * days, the seller hasn’t offered you a resolution or you’re unhappy with their resolution, you can click “ask eBay to step in and help” in the return, here’s how: *Go to your Purchase History *Select Returns*Cancelled Orders at the top of the page *Open the Return request *Click “Ask eBay to Step in and Help”. * *Once you ask us to step in, we will review the details and come back to you with a response within **hours. * *I trust I’ve clearly explained the next steps for you. I repeat – WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO RETURN? THE PILLOW CASES I ORDERED, RECEIVED AND USED OR THE SHEETS WHICH I NEVER EVER DID RECEIVE.*Maybe I should return an empty parcel, as that is what I received in terms of the sheets I ordered.*Why did ebay close my original case? I opened a refund case, as I never received the goods and wanted a refund for the items I never received but have paid for?*Can ebay please look at the lack of service from the seller. The fact that they just send the same message to every communication and the fact that their feedback shows many, many examples of the same thing that has happened to me.*Also, of you look at my purchase history, You will see that I ordered new sheets from another seller, received them and paid for them.*This whole matter is beyond ridiculous. It has been going on now for * weeks and no one seems to be even trying to help me.**Please can someone kindly respond with an answer which is comprehendible and not a standard, formatted letter which is not appropriate to this issue?**And arrange for my refund of £**.**.**Regards,*Anna Smalley
